What This Site Is
South Shore Bathroom Remodeling Finder is a referral service. We help homeowners find and contact independent local bathroom remodelers. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, inspect or guarantee any bathroom remodeling work, and the bathroom remodelers you are connected with are not our employees or agents.
This site is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed.
Your Responsibilities
- Check that any bathroom remodeler you hire holds the Massachusetts license or registration the job requires, and carries appropriate insurance.
- Make sure required permits are pulled for the work.
- Get a written estimate or contract before work begins, and agree on price, scope and schedule directly with the bathroom remodeler.
- Give accurate information when you call or send a request.
