Listing Terms
The terms for independent bathroom remodelers who rent a town listing on South Shore Bathroom Remodeling Finder.
Effective November 1, 2026
These terms apply to businesses that rent a town listing on southshorebathroomremodeling.com (the “site”), operated by South Shore Bathroom Remodeling Finder.
The Listing
A town listing makes your business the featured bathroom remodeler for one town on this site. Your business name and phone number appear on that town’s page and on any pages later added under it, and form requests for that town are emailed to you. The home page listing works the same way for the region. We may change page design and content at any time; we will keep your business name and number displayed accurately.
Eligibility
You must hold every Massachusetts license or registration required for the work you advertise, carry appropriate insurance, and keep both current. We check the state’s public lookup before a listing goes live and may recheck at any time. We may pause or end a listing if a license lapses, if we receive credible complaints, or if the business misrepresents itself.
Billing
Listings are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. If a payment fails, the processor will retry; if it still fails, the listing ends and the town returns to our default routing.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and your listing stays live until then. We don’t provide partial-month refunds except where the law requires.
No Guarantee Of Results
We work to make each page useful and visible, but we don’t guarantee search rankings, a number of calls or requests, or any amount of business. Search engines and homeowner demand change outside our control.
Your Conduct
Answer and return calls promptly, treat homeowners fairly, follow Massachusetts consumer protection and contractor laws, and don’t misrepresent your relationship with us. Homeowner information you receive may be used only to respond to that homeowner’s request.
Liability
You are solely responsible for your work and your dealings with homeowners. You agree to indemnify South Shore Bathroom Remodeling Finder against claims arising from your work or your conduct. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes And Governing Law
We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. These terms are governed by Massachusetts law.
